use ripe fruit so it will have it's own sugar... than go according to your tastes.
melons and mint
apples, some lemon juice, and mint
carrots and kiwi
loads of them
if you can serve then in long glasses and different colours it looks great. sometimes i frost the glasses too.

i'd use lemon zest, truthfully. i'm uncertain that lemon juice is a sturdy theory; it may mess with the chemistry of the cookie mixture. in case you do upload lemon extract, do no longer upload very lots; a dropperful can style a significant-sized batch. i'm uncertain related to the meals coloring; i come across that in case you combine it in till now, it turns crimson extremely than crimson. perchance once you're completed baking them?

i have a juicer, easier than a blender. but anyway, i stick to what's in my fridge. sometimes i mix oranges and apples. sometimes apples with grapes. oranges and pears is good too. it will be sweet anyway and require no sugar.

1 glass full of water melon pieces (without seeds)
1 glass of cold milk
blend it lightly so you still taste small pieces of water melon, serve it in tall glass. top it with vanilla ice cream if permitted.
