something simple you can do is ask her out to coffee...its not a date, its just a casual way to hang out with someone outside of school, work, or from wherever you know from. dont make it a big deal. if she thinks this is a little too friendly though, she will probably let you know she is taken. and if not, this gives you more one on one time to figure out more about her. :)

you cant' you have to ask her out on weekends....see if she answers her calls after 7pm... you just have to look out for those signs....you can always ask too.... etc see if she lets you over to her place.. good luckkk
