I started a new job on my college campus and a guy that I work with is quite attractive (looks and personality). Anyway, we hit it off right away the first night we met but then we didn't work again for 2 weeks so we didn't see each other. Last weekend we worked together and after work he invited me over to watch a movie. While we were watching the movie he put his arm around me and kissed me. After the movie he took me home but nothing more was said about the kiss or seeing each other again. A couple days later I sent him a short email just saying hi and asking what he was up to for the week. He replied back and at then end asked what I was up to. I replied and at the end said we should hang out again. That was Sunday night and he hasn't responded yet. What should I do?? Is he just not interested? Should I stop trying or give it one more shot?

Be patient, he may be busy, give him some time to reply and if by Friday you have not heard anything, send him a message asking him to go out. It sounds to me like he is interested in you so go for it.

This seems like a rocky relationship or if it is a relationship. Well, by the time you are reading this, you guys are probably going out tonight. But if he didn't reply, then I think you should maybe wait a little while for his e-mail. Who knows why he didn't reply. He probably has a problem or he's busy with his schedule or something. But good luck. What I would do is contact them but not to seem picky or aggravating, just stop trying for now. Maybe he'll come up sooner or later. That's how your relationship with him sounds like. Well good luck to you. It depends also what you want. If you want him, go ahead and pursue him. If you feel like this is going to continue, just stop contacting him. Good luck to whatever your decision or outcome is.

I think you should try again another week
wait a couple more days
and then mention something like that again
and see if he responds
sometimes guys read stuff and totally forget to reply
i have guy friends like that
and they just dont reply so im like what the heck?
but then a couple days later they will send me a message asking whats up
so im sure he will get back to you
i hope he does

U may give it one more shot, just in case he was geniunely busy or something, but don't be direct, be more subtle and simple in your approach. Don't expect too much to happen, that way u won't be disappointed, and if it happens, it is a bonus.

Don't be in such a hurry. You may scare him off. But see him, smile a lot and remind him what a good time you had. If he does not respond then wait.

Keep trying, its only been two days. maybe he was just busy or something. But dont send him too many emails, one is enough, you will look desperate in that case. good luck :)
