I'm having a hard time understanding whats going on. But it sounds like she feels you don't appreciate sexual humor, so she's trying to be sensitive to your needs. I don't know the whole situation, so I don't know. I think i would feel happy my colleague didn't send me a picture of themselves in a Mickey Mouse bra lol. Thats TMI right there.

It depends. Were you present for the conversation... as in she knew you listened? If so... then yea, she was out of line. It wasn't harrassment though... it was inapropriate. If she was unaware you were there, let it go. You eavesdropped and heard something not meant for you. You do have a right to let her know that the pictures she is sending you are inapropriate. But don't let something blow up and become a huge deal because of insecurities you or your co-worker may have. Perhaps, a little chat between you two can clear up this mess...

This is highly unappropriate for the workplace, not to mention unprofessional and against most companies email policies. Accept the email with the picture of the bra and forward it to your supervisor as an attachment to bring it to their attention. Unfortunately those who abuse workplace priveledges make it harder for the rest of the people who respect them, and there is one in every office who thinks they can get away with this kind of unappropriate behavior. If your supervisor does nothing, then you will know what kind of management you are dealing with and you can take your decision or not to stay in that job from that point.

Not only is it wrong it can get somebody in a lot of trouble. Even if you don't find it offensive it takes just one person, wheter they are the intended recipient or not to find it objectionable and now it is a case of sexual harassment.
Somebody should not only talk about this but depending on your company's policy document it.
This if fire for all involved, don't play with it.

No, I don't think so. At least she wasn't nude. It's only a lady in a bra.

No. She's not harrassing you, but it is rather unprofessional behavior to be doing this at work.
