It is also known as the oil of Abramelin and used in transcendental magic. The recipe I have states Calamus, but I don't discount your version either.

Kaneh-bosem could be. They did find Cannibus growing on King Solomons grave.
But (I am not expert) but I see similaritys in the words.

Kaneh= kane= cane
Bosem=Blossem-bloom
To me it looks like CANE-BLOSSEM
