Dark chocolate is 60% or more pure cocoa. Cadbury's does make dark chocolate, but it says right on the package. I'm not familiar with Perk.
In moderation, dark chocolate has a number of health benefits, but milk chocolate doesn't have the same benefits.

Dark chocolates are the chocolates which you find more in States... In this kind of chocolates the quantity of milk and sugar is lesser hence making it bitter. The chocolates available in India are not dark chocolates. If you get the original Kit Kat from American it will be Dark.

Cadbury makes a type pf dark chocolate called "Bournville" which comes in a red wrapper

dark chocolate has less fat compared to the normal plain chocolate....cadbury, perk etc are not dark chocolates.
