i know this is a hard time for you...it is hard for me every time i have to go thru it with my "babies". the vet always says leave them alone, but i have to watch to make sure all is well, and every time it seems, something has happened. so did it happen cause i watched or was it good i watched...i will never figure that one out. so i say this...watch, but try to be quiet, dont disturb her, give her a dark quiet place like a box to whelp in. she will lay down and get up again constantly going in circles and licking herself as she gets ready to deliver her first pup. dont interfere too much unless it looks like she needs u. sometimes the pup comes out backwards...its ok, it just hurts a bit more. just make sure that once the pup is all the way out, the sack gets off its face so it can breath. also, if she seems to tired to finish pushing at any time, GENTLY massage from her ribcage downwards towards her hips, this will help her...dont push, just kind oh rub roll downwards with your hand. have some papertowel, or washcloths read to clean around their mouths and a bulb syringe if you have one to suck the mucus from their nose and mouth if the mother doesnt lick them immediately
i hope all this helps...above all stay calm...she needs that from you

He temp should drop to below 99 about 24 hours before she starts labor. It sounds like she is starting labor, but if she continues to act that way (or get worse) and produces no puppies in the next 4 hours I would call your vet.

call your vet , tiny dogs can die easily from calcium loss, and other things... she should be 63 days from the mating before her due date. and digging , circling, and licking are normal signs. stop taking the temperature its not reliable and just stresses the dog, put olive oil on your finger and rub around the puppy if one gets stuck coming out..also pull gently on the puppy toward the momma dogs nose as if the momma dog was pulling IF she needs your help.let her do it all if she can.
good luck

Keep in mind that dogs have been having pups for a long time, without the help of humans. They know exactly what to do. Good luck.

Shaking is common in labour. Her temperature will drop below 100 degrees. Check out this link for more info. It's everything you need to know!

instead of posting a question to people who really aren't qualified to answer the question in the first place, I strongly recommend you call your vet!
