Immigrating to Western countries usually takes time - it can take years, so don't expect to leave soon. Most are open to immigrants from any country (the USA has exceptions) so long as you have valuable skills or family already in the country, you are not a health or security risk, and they think you might be able to adapt in a new society, you will be accepted eventually. They also accept refugees, of course.
Canada accepts more immigrants and refugees per capita than any of the other major Western (OECD) country. It has different classes of immigration - for example, Skilled Worker, Entrepreneur, Family, etc. You apply under the category that you think will be best for your chances of being accpeted, and you are evaluated based on a points system. Here's a Government of Canada website that explains more - you can use this site to find if you qualify, and to apply:

Immigrating is not easy, but with luck you can find a better life and make new friends & family in an open & prosperous country. I wish you the best of luck!

As far as i know both the UK and Canada will accept you if you just show up,tear in eye claiming that "if you send me back i will be killed". Don't worry about a thing either, accommodations, food and language course's,education for your children, state pension for your elders and health costs for all will be paid for. You'll probably find lots of your friends there too! Dont forget to vote Liberal! Good luck!

Pretty much most countries in the world have legla immigration policies. It just takes time to get the paperwork passed through. I think one place to consider contacting is your embassy.

Just go to Tijuana Mexico, and crawl across the US border. We will give you free healthcare, a job and many other prizes. You are not eligable if you were born here. It would help if you could speak Spanish.
Just kidding... sorry...
