If you lose more than 2lbs a week its not healthy and it will come back.
Do cardio exercises 30-45min plus weight training 30min four to five times a week.
Eat healthy foods and try to eat more vegetables and fruit. your body needs fuel to do everything you want it to do. I would not suggest anyone go lower than 1500kcal a day.

hi i am a personal trainer and fully recomened doing pilates and lots of sit ups yiou will never lose all your tummy weight as i cant and i have been a trainer for 5 years and it is almost impossible.
but lots of pilates will do it real quick.
