Philippians 4:6-7
6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. NLT

When you feel despair. Read Psalm 119:116, Isaiah57:15, Jeremiah 32:17 and Hebrews 10:35
When you feel disappointed. Read Psalm 22:4-5, Isaiah 49:23, Matt. 19:25-26, Mark 9:21-24, John 15:7, Ephisians 3:20
When you feel depressed. Read Deuteronomy 31:8, Psalm 34:18, Isaiah 49:13-15, Romans 5:5
When you are filled with longing. Read Psalm 37:4, Psalm 103:5, Luke 12:29-31
When you have been quareling read Gen. 13:5-11, Ps 133, 1 Cor. 3, Ephisians 4:1-6, 4:15-52, 2 Tim. 2:14-16, James 4:1-12
When you are angry read Genesis 4:1-12, Ps. 4:4, Matt. 5:21-22, Matt. 18:21-35, James 1:19-21
When you grieve read Psalm 119:50, 76-77; Jeremiah 31:13, Matt. 5:4, John 16:20-22, 1 Thess 4:13-14, Revelation 21:3-4
When you need comfort read Isaiah 12, Isaiah 40:1-11, Jeremiah 31:10-13, 2 Corin 1:3-7, 2 Corin 7:6-13.
When you need to control your tongue read Psalm 39:1, Proverbs 10:18-20, Matt. 15:1-20, James 3:1-12 (I included this because when we are stressed we tend to talk anything that comes to mind and it's difficult to control the tongue or when we are stressed and someone is irritating us we end up saying anything)
I hope I could help and may God bless you.

Philippians 4:6-7 Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs and don't forget to thank him for his answers.
If you do this you will experience God's peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus.
Luke 12:25-26 And besides, what's the use of worrying? What good does it do? Will it add a single day to your life? Of course not!
And if worry can't even do such little things as that, what's the use of worrying over bigger things?
Psalm 55:22 Give your burdens to the Lord. He will carry them. He will not permit the godly to slip or fall.

"He will not argue or shout,
or make loud speeches in the streets.
He will not break off a bent reed,
nor put out a flickering lamp."
3:20. For thy counsel is not in man's power.
3:21. But this every one is sure of that worshippeth thee, that his life, if it be under trial, shall be crowned and if it be under tribulation, it shall be delivered: and if it be under correction, it shall be allowed to come to thy mercy.
3:22. For thou art not delighted in our being lost, because after a storm thou makest a calm, and after tears and weeping thou pourest in joyfulness.
3:23. Be thy name, O God of Israel, blessed for ever,

The whole 73rd Psalm. Asaph seemed like he felt "alone" when he wrote it. He was comparing his life in service to God with those who were worldly, materialistic unbelievers, actually envying them. Read it to see what happens!!!

Try Ecclastices.
It's short, and is all abot the abject end of life. There is no after life, so eat, drink and be merry.
Best book in the bible, by far!

For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings."
(Psalm 61:1-4)
"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. "If God is for us, who can be against us? Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. And let us arise, and go up to Bethel; and I will make there an altar unto God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me in the way which I went.
Genesis 35:3
In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry [did enter] into his ears.
2 Samuel 22:7
Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.
Psalms 6:7
I will call upon the Lord, [who is worthy] to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid. The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the snares of death prevented me. In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, [even] into his ears.
Psalms 18:3-6
Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Psalms 55:22
What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.
Psalms 56:3-4
I called upon the Lord in distress: the Lord answered me, [and set me] in a large place. The Lord [is] on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? The Lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see [my desire] upon them that hate me. [It is] better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. [It is] better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.
Psalms 118:5-9
Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God? But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows. Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God. And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven. And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and [unto] magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
Luke 12:6-12
And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute [you], delivering [you] up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. And it shall turn to you for a testimony. Settle [it] therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and [some] of you shall they cause to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all [men] for my name's sake. But there shall not an hair of your head perish. In your patience possess ye your souls.
Luke 21:11-19
[We are] troubled on every side, yet not distressed; [we are] perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
2 Corinthians 4:8-11
In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness. Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.
2 Corinthians 11:27-28
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
