I am very healthy, but I just want to lose maybe 10 lbs. I weigh 150 at 5'8", how long would it take to achieve this if I kept everything the same dietwise but started running 2 miles a day and replaced 1 soda a day which is all the soda i drink with 1 bottle of water a day? This distance is actually easier for me cause I play soccer for my school and we ran 3 and a half miles every day in the summer. Thanks.
