He has tried talking to me like 20 times now...shouldn't he have realized I don't speak Spanish by now and his yelling just isn't helping? Its a really stupid dog if you ask me.

Just show up with a different dog next time. He'll get the message fast that you are just not into him, when he sees you with some other *****. Let her explain it to him.
