Are these girls flirting with me?

I'm a 19 year old college student. There are these two girls that won't stop teasing me. It's nothing especially hurtful; usually making fun of some of my physical flaws or non-serious mistakes I've made (they don't call me thinks like dork or nerd or say really insulting things to me). Sometimes, I'll think of a good comeback that'll stun them, but they keep coming back no matter what. Someone told me that girls tease guys when they like them. I have never been in a relationship so I cannot tell if a girl is trying to flirt with me or not. Can someone enlighten me on what is going on?

Sounds like some sort of flirtation is happening here. Girls do tease guys when they like them like punching lightly on the arm as some sort of contact without making it look to obvious. If you like one of the girls you could always invite her out for a coffee that way you can sus out if she is interested in you or not. How about you say something like this. "You guys must really love me huh that's why you keep teasing me"???. And wait for their response if they come back with a cute comeback then for sure they like you but if it comes out rude then maybe they are just teasing you for the fun of it.

By opening the door for her you got yourself noticed. Little gestures go a long way. She may be flirting, it's hard to say but she has definitely noticed you. Try and strike up a conversation and see what happens.

There's a good chance that one of the girls likes you, but I wouldn't say that all of them do. I can't help you much more. Girls don't logically make sense for why they do the things that they do.
