Maybe you should research or find out more about the religion before you go ahead and convert to becoming a Baptist. It is a very big deal converting religions so choose wisely. If you do decide to become Baptist and then want to go back to being a Catholic, Jesus and the Catholic Church will always welcome you back. Good luck on your quest to find God and the right religion.
P.S. I would stay Catholic, but that's just me.

Yes- and it is VERY easy!!!
If you had received the Sacrament of Reconciliation before you 'left' the Church, all you need to do is go to Confession!
If you don't remember how, that's OK. Call the church office and ask to speak directly to a priest. Explain your situation, and that you want to come home. Ask for an appointment to make your Confession. If you need help, he will guide you step by step.
A word of caution- if during the time you were away from the Church, you were married outside the Church, it does get a little more complicated. Any marriage outside the Church ( and without Church approval) is invalid. You would need a declaration of this marriage as invalid before youmay return to the Sacraments. Again, though- it is easier than an annulment since all you need to do is show you were amrried outside the Church.
If you are still married, a convalidation( common name- blessing of the marriage) is all that is necessary to return to the Sacraments.
Welcome home!

Of course you can "come home" to Roman Catholic beliefs. In fact, I would think that you would have a greater appreciation for Catholic beliefs since you come from a background that most RC's probably wouldn't have. You know why you don't believe what you used to believe, and I don't see how this can be a bad thing if others can learn from your "mistake".

Of course! Please come back. You should improve your catechesis (knowledge of the Faith). I say this for two reasons:
1. If your catechesis had been better, you would not have needed to ask this question.
2. If your catechesis had been better you would have never left the Catholic Faith to become a Baptist (protestant).

I dont recall in the bible where it says anything about going from one religion to the next. a matter of fact the bible dont even say you have to belong to any religious group. all that i know is that in the bible it talks about the church is THE CHURCH OF GOD and the only way you can get kick out (so to say) is to have SIN in your life so first things first if you need to repent of your sins do that and follow what the bible says and GOD will lead you into all truth. which will lead you to the truth the true CHURCH OF GOD!!!!! GOD only has one church and it is in his name it always has and always will no matter what man changes it to. i know he lead me there and it was the best move in my life now i live free from sin. i dont sin from day to day like i use to in the other false Churches that i went to. i was showned the truth and the truth set me free from the chains that satin had me bound to and i will never turn back to my old life again
