I have a five year old Minature Pinscher and he seems a bit manic. He pee's on everything, barks at anything, and randomly attacks me and other people for no reason and refuses to walk on a leash. His energy level is a bit out of control.

Is there any advice that can be given to me about how to train him to discontinue these bad behaviors?

He has a bladder problem so I know there isn't much I can do about him peeing on things other than making sure he goes out when He needs to.

Thank you!

Nuetering is out of the question, I cannot legally do that because of a binding contract I signed when I purchased my puppy.

I would like any training techniques or any other advice you could offer.

does the breeder want to use him for breeding. you need to take him to obedience training . he is not big enough to tell you what he can or can not do. when he is not in his crate i would have a leash on him. do not let him wander the house with out supervision.

Min Pins are hyper dogs and very active, I would talke to the breeder or whoever you had the contract with and see if they would let you get the dog neutered, these are not qualities that you want to promote in breeding.
You are going to have to let him know who is boss and this can be scarey if your correction seems to make him more agressive this is not a good situation. He has some behavorial problems that definately need corrected. You may want to consult with your vet to see if there is anyone in your area that can help you.
