You should get the single, or just use what you used for your daughter. My son was 3 when my baby was born, and I splurged on a double. That's when my son decided strollers were for babies and he wanted to walk everywhere.
Consider using an inexpensive baby carrier, the kind you wear, in case your daughter begs to sit in the stroller when you're out with the children. My guess is that she'll want to walk, assuming you stop every now and then, such as to eat lunch, or shop, or rest, etc.

My son is almost 2 and by the time my second one will be born he'll be 2yrs 6months. I highly recommend a toddler seat -they definitely won't last walking for a long time, especially when shopping!. My sister still puts her 3 and a half year old in her toddler seat and her 13 month old in the back. A double pram is a little overkill in my opinion - the only real benefit to this is that they can both sleep in the pram. Good luck!

I have a 9 month old and a 3 year old. The best thing I found was one of those little skateboards that you attach to the back of the pram. Your toddler can stand on it as you push the pram. Then if your little girl wants to walk, you just take the board off.

I would get the one with the toddler seat, by the time your youngest is 2 there will be no need to purchase another one. I have a 3 yr old and she walks very slow so I would not want to put you through that torture. She might not want to be in it all the time, but on certain long outings it will be good to have when she is ready to take a nap or gets tired of walking.
