I think they all know that by now. All the ones I've met do.

Merry Meets... yes Christians know but since ya'll have such a loose belief.. like if it don't hurt anybody its not a sin.. well who is the one in Wicca who decides what is a sin.. ooop that's right there is no sin.. ok so when a Wic hurts another person in some way.. what do you call it? It can't be a sin.. that's the Christian way.. so what is it in Wicca chat? and puleeeze dont try to hand out that Wiccan's don't do any harm.. they are human and humans do make naughtys. So now a question for you.. Who or what is the Godess.. could it be... satan???!!! I really like a modest religion with some solid rules and a minimum of Satan and a maximum of God. The ten commandments are great rules and the golden rule is a nice perk for all Christians.. is it too difficult for ya'll to keep those rules? or what.. do tell us about the Wicca commandments. thanks

I don't want to be rude, but as a fellow Pagan [I'm not a Wiccan though] I think it's best to let them think it. To their system, all other gods were Nephillim, who were fallen angels, or demons, ruled by Satan. Even if you know you don't, no matter what, a Christian who's read the book, will beleive you do. To them, Satan can lie, and make you do things you don't want to, shrugging responsibility [and to them, not worshipping God is a deception.]
In all honesty, I've kinda enjoyed the fear I strike into their hearts, by not arguing it's not Satan.

Yes, I certainly do.
The problem lies in ignorance. Christians associate Wicca with those who engage in, or borderline, Satanism. If time was taken to get the correct information, they would see that Wiccans do not believe in Satan, thus they cannot be accused of that.
I am a Christian, but yet I work closely with the Wiccan/Pagan community. Many Christians criticize me for being so near to them. I know their reaction is only out of fear and lack of knowledge. So I take that into consideration.
I have been invited many times to Wiccan rituals. I go, but ask to be there only as an observer, and not to participate, because I have to respect my own beliefs also. They have been respectful of that with me. So I go, watch, talk, ask questions, and generally try to show the Wiccans something they rarely get to see..... A Christian who is not telling them that they are "going straight to Hell". Telling someone that they will "burn" is not what Christ would have done. And for Christians to do that to Wiccans, or anyone for that matter, is not a positive reflection on Christ.
I have friends in the Wiccan/Pagan community. Christians needn't fear them, and neither should they verbally assault them. I'm not saying that a Christian should compromise his/her beliefs, but I am saying that they should conduct themselves as Christ commanded us. Be kind, be respectful, show others Christ through YOUR actions. And you will come to find out that Wiccans/Pagans are generally kind people, even though their beliefs are not as ours are.

Well, I don't think it's fair to stereotype people for one.
And, the term Christian is very broad and covers many different religions, as does the term Wiccan.
But, in general, I don't think that most Christians do know that not all Wiccans are 'devil worshipers' --most don't even realize that most Wiccan religions don't even beleive in 'hell' or the devil.

First, be careful in labeling "Christians' as one group. There are all types, and many are very decent, accepting people. Many people equate Wiccan with witches and witches with the devil, A remnant of the early New England period.
Religion acculturates us for centralized control.
Faith teaches us to beleive in each other.

Most Christians dont even know much about their own religion, forget others, and remember, as far as I know, ONLY Christians believe in satan as the evil one and all that.. and they assume all those not 100% in their little camp are in the camp of their imaginary enemy.

I think they associate Green Man with Satan, I'm not really sure though. It probably has to do with the fact most of them assume that of anyone they don't agree with. Its either Satan or demonic possession, I think it makes them feel better.

Christians love me! I'm on the Family Channel now. Of course I'm a real witch, not a Wiccan.

Most of them probably do. Some of them have probably not heard of Wicca. Satanists and Wiccans both call themselves witches, so it can be confusing for people, I guess.
