Generally speaking, you can no longer sell whole blood. It is too much of an incentive for "non passable" donors such as those with HIV, STD's or those who do drugs to make quick money.

Where do you live? Medical laboratories and drug manufacturing companies pay for blood / medical experiments.

Be aware though, that medical experiments can permanently harm you.
