HI
Well, from my past cat expierience and dealing with sick cats.
My best advice would be - try a different vet - use a syring or a dropper and feed it water, chicken broth or even milk if it will drink it. As far as food - shes not going to feel like easting because she is sick. Its like if you were sick with the flu, you wouldnt have an appetite either.
Try tunafish. Take some of her cat food and drain a little bit of the tuna fish juice over it,and mix a few pieces of tuna in with it. You can also try some canned cat food - sometimes when a cat doesnt want to eat anything else they will eat that.
Good luck !!

ordinarily i dont advise giving cats tuna, but when a cat quits eating i have found that if you offer them tuna juice (what you get when you strain from a can of tuna in water NOT OIL), it does stimulate their appetite...the oder is fairly strong, so she may get a whiff of it. give her as much as she will drink. have you tried suctioning out her nose with a baby bulbsyringe? to make sure nothing is obstructing the nasal passage...it will help clear it of mucus as well. it never hurts to get a second opinion from a second vet, but until then follow your first vets instructions to the t. good luck.

ok, syringe feed it chicken broth every 20 min and I mean EVERY 20 min for the next 8 hrs while the appetite stimulant takes effect. Chicken broth has all the vitamins to keep your cat going, you'll see it's strength improve.

I know what ur going through. If shes breahting through her mouth take her to a profesional vet. Also if her urine smells worse thats another sign to take her to the vet
