Their lobbies are too strong. Tobacco can be replaced with Nicotine and wine is great if taken in moderation. Wine and beer were considered foods for hundreds of years. Desiel (engine exhaust) fuel is a cancer causer, but the oil industries haven't let that one go yet. You will get the news after the oil companies are out of business and you are gasping for breath in the 2050's.

They won't ban those products cause they make too much money off of them.
