A girl or woman will usually resist a guy's advance towards her if the don't know each other. Those who know each other, things are different. Anyone have any thoughts on how to get through to a female to let her know you're the one for her?

Take a look at the sort of guys that most women prefer, and be more like them.
Start simple - maybe slap her around some, then once she shows interest start flirting with her friends and or sisters. That sort of thing.
Once she knows you're a "bad boy" she won't be able to resist you.
