Well if he were retarded enough to lay by a chunk of uranium for long enough, he could've gotten radiation poisoning and died, but that has nothing to do with a suit. I can't think of anything else that would make sense. Oh, and if you people are thinking, Superman, that shouldn't be the answer. Kryptonite isn't a real element, and it doesn't actually kill him, just weakens him.
