Muslims believe that divine prophesy is a chain that has a particular aim and end. All the prophets from Adam to Mohd, including Jesus, Moses, Abraham, Noah, and others are considered to be a single family. So, why we hate and fight each other?

There is a conspiracy to declare Muslims as the illegitimate descedents of Abraham since he is beleived by the Jews and Christians to father a son named Ishmael from Hagar who was not married to Abraham legally.And Mohammad was descendent of Ishmael. That's why all conspiracy and hatred.
This fabricated story has been proved to be incorrect. Here are some facts noted by historians and critics.
The descendents of Abraham, other than those descended from Jacob, are called Gentiles in early ages and early Christian literature confirms it........

The word 'Gentle' and 'Gentile' are bothe derived from the Latin word " GENTILIS" i.e 'well borne' or ' belonging to a family of position'.
"Gentile" is some time used for 'gentle' in literature........

The use of the word Gentile for his descendents is one of the strong proofs that ISHMAEL was not a baseborne and son of a concubine of a slave mother, but must be of a noble birth.
Issac's mother's parentage is not given in the scriptures while Ismael's mother belonged to a royal family.
Mother of Ishmael, 'Hagar' the Arabic form of which is " Hajirah" was the daughter of Pharaoh[ Hasting's dictionary of the Bible, Vol.II,pg-278]
This is one of the reasons, why Ishmaelites are called Gentiles.
On the other hand Sarai's parentage is not given in scriptures becoz she belonged to the common people, being daughter of 'TEHIVITA' [The Holy Bible by Adam Clarke, Vol-I,pg-403] and 'TERAH' [ Gen. 20:12]
It is true that the descendents of Issac through Jacob, could not rise above common people social status for several generations and entered as " Shepherds" [Gen.47:3] into Egypt.
Genesis represents Hagar or Hajirah as one of the concubines of Abraham.[Gen. 25:6] and ....
"Concubinage is ranked with fornication and adultery ."--[Eadie,pg-165], which as per Jewish scripture clearly suggets that Abraham was a fornicator and an adulterer.
On the contrary Quran declares Abraham ...
" A model of religion unto mankind "--II,pg19]
" One of great veracity, [and] a prophet."--XIX,pg-330]
" ...righteous ." --XXIX, pg-390]
Therefore since Abraham is admitted as the one who is righteous, it is evident that Hagar i.e. Hajirah can not be a cocubine BUT MUST BE A LEGITIMATE WIFE.
" Hajir " means a man who leavea his country and the name "HAJIRAH" means a woman who leaves her country. [ The migrants of Indian Muslims to Pakistan in 1947, are still known in Pakistan as the " MUHAJIRS " ]
Therefore when Abraham leaves his country for good, he becomes "Hajir" and his wife must be "Hajirah" or Hagar.
" Hagar signifies a starnger or sojourner and it is likely that she got this name in the family of Abraham, as the word is pure Hebrew."--[ Holy Bible by Adam Clarke, vol-I,pg-114]
It is therefore clear that Hagar was a legitimate wife of Abraham and not a concubine.
The Talmud clearly says....." Abraham married 3 wives , Sarah a daughter of Shem, Keturah, a daughter of Japhet and Hagar, a daughter of Ham."-- [A Talmudic Miscellany by Faul Issac Hershon, pg-290]
Another Christian scholar says, " Hagar .......is there the legitimate wife of Abraham. "-- The Traditions and Beliefs Of Ancient Israel by J.K.Cheyene,pg-268]
Since Sarah could not bear a child for ten years, she herself ........
"..........gave her husband to be his wife."--[Gen, 16:1-3]
Sarah , " Gave LOT, the son of Haran, to Abram as an adopted son. "-- [ Chronicles of Jerahmeel by M.Gaster, pg-77]

The Talmud clearly gives out that Hagar is a pious proselyte;

On the contrary, Quran clears him of this charge too since he is ......

Yes, the Muslims believed in the ONE indivisible CREATOR GOD and they called HIm Allah, bUt all Prophets who preached monotheism were NOT Muslims. The prophets of the Old testament, that is Abraham, Moses, Elijah were all respected and honored by the Muslims but they were Jewish, not Muslim. I think the reason for the hatred is really jealousy because both Muslims and Jews claim they are children of Abraham. The jews claim they are the descendants of Abraham and Sara, Abraham's legitimate wife, whereas the Muslims claim their lineage from Ishmael who was born of the union of Abraham and Hagar, the maid servant of Sara. Because Abraham and Hagar were not married, Ishmael is considered to be illegitimate

Sorry an Egyptian Pharaoh was the first to preach Monotheism. The God was worshipped long before Jesus or Mohammad existed. I believe the Gods name is Amen-Rah and there are still groups of adherents hiding from the mullahs in Egypt.

It would not be academically honest to call these men Muslims. You may want to incorporate them into your religious history, but calling them Muslims would not be honest. Islam started by the teaching of Mohammed. Before that people may or may not have "gotten it right," but that doesn't make them Muslims. This is historical revisionism.

Muslims consider them Muslim, but since there was no Islam until the 700s, most other people do not consider them Muslim, much like we dont hold by Mormons baptizing dead people..

Adam,Moses,Abraham,Noah and the others were not Muslims.
Christianity and Islam do not get along,because Muhammed denied Jesus's death and resurrection.The Bible warns us not to follow those who deny Jesus,and that's exactly what Muhammed did.
