There are some informative articles in Wikipedia listing a great number of Christian scientists and mathematicians in history, some of which I am sure you have heard of.
As for today about 66% of scientists believe in God and about 76% of doctors believe in God.

Can I offer a qualifier? How about people who were Christians after one could survive without claiming to be Christian.
