what is the best stroller for 3 years old and infant child?

i look on many stroller but i could not find the one that both going to sit on it and you can use car seat on it too .i do not like graco brand.any idea?

What about a twin Maclaren?

We have a single Maclaren Techno, and it rides like a dream. I can push it - straight - w/ one hand, it turns on a dime, folds itty bitty in just seconds, and from what I've been told, the twins fit through a standard door.

Plus the handles are a decent height which makes it easier for tall people to maneuver.

I have the single of this stroller (and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT), and I have friends that have had this double. I don't believe the carseat fits onto it, but my friend was able to put her infant in it right from birth because the seat reclines all the way back. You may be able to find it cheaper on another web site.
