if you are tired also your Dr should run some easy blood test and send you to nutritionist that will help you with a healthy diet, until then eat a good protein for breakfast, eggs or peanut butter. whenever your hungry eat an apple, as many as you want a day. drink 8 ounces of water before each meal, and lose the weight for yourself not your family. but you must get to a Dr, very very I'mportant. im so sorry your family is like that. good luck.

there is no fast way to loose weight if you want it to stay off. it is a lifestyle change. most people who loose the weight fast gain it all back and more in a few months.
make small changes for example if you eat 2 chocolate bars just eat 1. of you like to eat a big bag of chips just buy a small bag. when you eat your meals eat a little less.
baby steps is the answer to perminant weight loss and health!
i would recomend that you talk to a theripist about the comfort eating.
good luck and take it one day at a time.
belief you are thin. and get rid of the scale.
i don't have a scale, i just eat healthy most of the time and it takes the pressure off.
remember that you are beatifull and tell yourself that you love yourself out loud every day...it feels really good!

see your doctor and get a diet from him/her. there are several diet and exercise regimens you could look up on the internet----and stop eating when you feel sad!!! I used to do the same thing, but then I realized was that all eating did was make me feel worse than before, because not only did I still feel sad, I was also gaining more weight!!!!! Get an exercise bike or a treadmill, or get a pass to the gym, and only eat when you're hungry, and sometimes when you get hungry, try drinking a bottle or two of water to fill you up-----trust me, it will work. Good luck, and you are not alone!!!!

I have a friend who at your same age and stature lost over 100 lbs by becoming a vegan. However, I wouldn't condone the activity of veganism for more than a short period of time as it can lead to defecincies of minerals in your body. As far as a more reasonable alternative, there are nutritional specialists who could help you develop a diet, or your could consider working with a personal trainer

Oh darling that is so sad.

Exercise and healthy diet with plenty of water is the only way to do it. Maybe you should go to your GP and get referred to a nutritionist. You might also need a counselor as it sounds like you have some underlying issues.

Make sure you do this as soon as possible.

Also, try www.weightwatchers.com there are forums you can ask plenty of questions on. I know the australian one is fantastic for support. Good luck sweetheart

I am sorry that your family is bugging you about your weight, All I know is that you pray to God to help you and if you could stand to drink water before each meal and drink grapefruit juice and walk every day and you will notice that weight is coming off slowly but surely.
And I will be praying for you that your family stop bugging you.
God bless and I hope that all things will come together all well.

Love & Prayers!
Penny

Well...diet and exercise come to mind. Of course I'm sure you've already thought of that. One thing...don't try anything weird...don't starve yourself or get bulimic or take any weird pills. You just need to focus on yourself and not what others say. You're so young you don't want to do anything drastic to your body. Keep track of what you eat during the day...and figure out what triggers your eating. Only eat when you're hungry. The main thing is you want to get healthy...not make yourself sick by trying to lose weight too fast. Hang in there. And please please please don't let other people's opinions get you down.

Why don't you start with something simple as walking.
This is a great place to start. It is low impact and will get you moving. I love to wear head phones with my favorite songs playing to keep me moving. Start by walking 20 mns/day and build up 10 mns a day each week until you hit 60 mns. After you reacg 60 mns focus on speed. To lose eight you need to get your heart pumping.
After a few weeks of this start lifting weights ti build muscle. The more muscle you have the faster you will lose weight.
To change things up if you have a bike you could ride your bike. Again build up to that 60 mn time frame.
Diet.................You can't think of it as dieting you need to think of it as choosing. You are choosing a healthier life style which means you will be choosing healthier foods.
We all know we can't eat everything that tastes good.looks good, smells good.......etc.
Natural foods are better than processed foods.
Avoid white foods.........bread, pasta, rice and potatoes.
Eliminate or limit sugar.........candy,chips,cookies. Taste good but offer no nutritonal value to your meals and actually make you hungrier because of the sugar high it puts you on. Sugar drops you crave more and "feel depressed=low sugar" you eat more to get the sugar high back. Repeat -repeat -repeat through out the day. You can't figure out why you can't stop eating........it's the sugar high /low gme your body is playing with your mind.
Pop................if you are drinking sugar pop.........switch to diet!!!!!!
Sugar high/low thing again..........lots and lots of empty calories.
You will get use to the taste. Alternate pops with water. I highly recommend only water. Two days of only water will make you feel better than you have ever felt!!!!!!!!!!!!
Drink 8 glasses a day. Be prepared to pee more!!! But that's good for your body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Calories ............count them. Write down what you eat and add up the calories.............you will be surprised how many calories you are consuming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lower you intake to less than 1600 calories but at least 1200.
A serving size is the size of your fist. Drink a big glass of water before you eat and another as you are eating.
This sounds like a lot of hard work!!!!!!!! It is..................
But it will be worth it as you gain self esteem and begin to see results.......................
I guarentee you nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO MORE EXCUSES>>>>>>>>>>>>>
This is the body you will have for life,IT"S YOURS TO TAKE CARE OF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so sorry you have this problem. It seems pretty clear that eating is connected with psychological issues for you. I encourage you to see a psychologist or psychiatrist who can begin to address your mental issues first. Also, see a doctor and/or nutritionist, who can educate you about healthy choices for food and exercise.

Remember, it's all about health, not appearance. I think it is great that you want to take care of yourself. God gave us our bodies and He can help us take care of them, too, so you can pray to Him for help.
