I am so lonely and depressed, I asked my current friend to send me some flowers for valentines day and he said I don't get any flowers, I asked him what did I do and he said nothing. I am still depressed over how bad my ex humiliated me, I think I will kill myslef, please help

Ok look, I don't want to kill myself, but that's how much pain I have been in, I know I need counseling and thanks for the advice but I know for a fact Iwill pull through this, I am starting a new career and am very excited about that but a part of my own personal therapy, I plan to do nothing but change my identity, I know that sounds weird but disassociating myself from the trusting and gullible person I used to be actually makes me feel better, not to mention all the years of emotional abuse I have suffered from my family, and the fact that they used this situation with him to stab me in the back. I know that literally cutting myslef off will help, the reason why, I will never stop loving him and I have accepted this but I don't have to accept the way my family treated me from the beginning of this whole mess. Wish me luck with my r.e career!

We've been married for over 30 years. It's a wonderful relationship based on love, equality and partnership. Valentines Day means nothing to us. About a thousand years ago a man named Valentine was beheaded because he would not give up his religion. Why do we celebrate that with cards, candy and flowers? Your Dad will be home soon. Just give your Mom a lot of hugs, that will make her feel loved. I feel sad every day because my son is missing from our lives. Valentines Day is meaningless.

Are you really listening to your self? Valentine's day is not only a day of couples is also a day for all the special people that are in your life. friendships we have. people who we love. It could even be your pets. ( if you have them) And who we cherish ! Nobody is worth taking our lives for. Life is what we make it and if you want to make it depressing and ugly that is the way that you will always see it. So I'm sure you have good friends that love you and you love and make it the best day you can. If your ex humiliated you is because by humiliating someone that person feels better about them self's. oh sweetie i understand he hurt you and your heart is broken , and in time your heart will mend even if you feel like you cant go on with out him i promise you that it gets a little easier with each new day . do not harm your self think of all those that do love and care about you he was just one person in your life , he isn't worth you killing your self over , or the pain your heart is now feeling. and he surely isn't worth all the pain your family and friends will go through with out you if you kill your self. please call the crisis center in your local area if you have one they will listen to you day or night for as long as you need them to listen.
i have been where you are and i thank God every day that i didn't end my life . there is so much that you have to live for. honestly you do . please if you want to talk with me more i will stay up all night talking with you just I'm me at littlemousemover on yahoo OK , call your mom or sister and close female friend seeing your male friend let you down . or seek another male friend that is more compassionate than the other one was .

Oh Hun.....I am sorry you feel so blue. But please do not kill yourself.......That would be a permanent solution to what may be a temporary problem.
Find somebody you can talk to about your feelings (see my sources below).
