"Dangerous Game" from Wildhorn's Jekyll and Hyde is a fabulous musical theatre seduction song.
There's also a lot of decent stuff in Fosse- he wrote a LOT more than Chicago, and most of it is very sexy.

You could try one from The Rocky Horror Show, like "Don't Dream It - Be It," but I don't know if that's the kind you're looking for. "Don Juan" from Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera is a really good one.
