my BF jst been sik and is literrallly on the floo in pain with the stomach cramps.
Woud normally say this is a tummy bug, but the vomit is bright pink.....doesnt look like blood....an ideas???

Go over everything that your friend has eaten that might have caused the bright color, if no luck with that then I would suspect blood. Go to the ER.

Get him to a dr just incase - it could just be something he ate, like beetroot or something else with a strong colour in it, but that plus the pain - if you can't get a gp out within about an hour and he's still the same get a taxi up to a+e. Hope he's ok xx

take him to a doctor and try not to be near very much before u get it that would be really bad
