Studying continuously for 7 hours probably makes your brain tired, and so you find difficulty in understanding what you read. Try the following:
1. Change the subject you have been studying, after about an hour or so with each subject.
2. Take a 5 minute break from study after an hour, when you need to relax, take a walk, get some fresh air, talk to someone you love/like, listen to some music, watch a cartoon movie, or simply close your eyes and give the brain a rest.
3. Take a light snack but nothing that includes caffeine as this stimulates the body which is not good when you are trying to relax.
4. Do a crossword puzzle, or simple sudoku puzzle, or think good thoughts about something or somebody.
5. If necessary, take a short nap of say half an hour between two study sessions.
6. Bathe your face and eyes with cool/warm water (according to seasonal needs) without using soap, and wipe out any sweat/dust etc. from your face. If your throat is dry, drink a glass of water.

cheating is never the answer. Take a rest for a while and then try to study some more. while you are resting have a bite to eat and then maybe you can get the right answer.
