I'm looking for a FREE program that I can decorate Photos like frames and words and stuff. I dont want to use paint as it is too hard and i can't get what i want with it. Thanks heaps!

You can download Gimp. It's like having Photoshop but it's pretty much the cheap version. GIMP IS FREE!!!!!

Your not going to get much for free. See if any of your friends have bought a digital camera or printer. Good Imaging software always comes with those. put it on your computer

You could try www.gimp.org it free, of course, and it pretty much like photoshop.
