If you get a tetanus vaccination, nothing will happen. It has nothing to do with your period. If you meant, actually getting tetanus, it's too late to worry. There's only about a hundred cases a year in the US with 30% fatality. Most of these cases are older than 50 and were never vaccinated at all.
