I can have just one. Certain nights call for more (after a long week of work for example) but I always watch what I'm drinking anyway. Alcohol is not something I let control me.

Sure I could have 1 drink and some nights I have only had one (like when driving.) However what's the point? It's like having 1 potato chip, might as well have none. Just a waste of money, sure didn't buy an alcoholic beverage only for the taste, and one will surely not give any effects.
Usually if I don't plan on having at least 3 I won't drink the first. Unless it's to compliment a meal.

Last semester it was impossible for me to have just one drink. My room mates and I would start, and not stop until about 3 or 4 in the morning...or until we passed out. We did that about 6 nights a week; we spent way too much money.
Now, since I am no longer enrolled in college, It is possible for me to have just one drink; however, it is very hard because I l-o-v-e love beer. These days I usually have 1, maybe 2 a night...except on friday and saturday. Those are the days for partying; although, I haven't really even been doing that lately.
