The throat (for me anyway) is like a door. Like the last step before going over the edge into the sea. The diving off point. Once you pass that threshold, she opens up to all that is beyond. If you want anything else to happen, you MUST pass thru that door. You'll know you're there at the right time as her head will slowly lay back, her eyes will close, she'll sigh, the "door will open".
Feel her heart beat there, see the curve of her neck as it winds into her spine, bury your face in her hair, whisper her name. She'll move into you, come toward you, melt into you. From her neck into her shoulders....and the door will swing wide.....

Well I'm 16 and I've made out with someone, but they've never kissed my neck...just don't leave a hickey!
I think that would be really sensual and sweet and show that you really care about her, but for me, I think it might be awkward because I wouldn't know what to do. I think that can only be done when you're truly intimate with the person. But yeah, I'd say go for it, wth :-)~

yes girls like that, imagine what you want a girl to do when she kisses you and do that thing to her, the only advice I have is for you to take your time with it all even while your doing it, nobody likes these things to happen fast, well sometimes they do, but generally try to keep it all slow

yes definately. when my boyfriend kisses me on the neck it makes me quite horny lol you should kiss a girl gently all over her face and her neck. don't be afraid to explore, within her limits of course ;)

yes (unless she does not seem to like it, in which case you stop). Give small sensual little pecks and work around her ears, her chest, etc. Do this slowly and with caresses and you will make her HOT.
