Let me add w/ some examples to what elgammal44 said:
You want to help a homeless person find a good job, but the homeless doesn’t want to. So, in that case, u didn’t do any good deed, but ur intention were good. You’ll get rewarded.
You want to steal some money but you don’t do it. So u wont get punished for having bad intention, because you didn’t do it.

Actions will be judged according to intentions? Well, that's kind of beautiful, but I'm sure Prophet Muhammad wasn't the original author of this philosophy. It was someont else, guess who.

What a pitty...all those ignorants they dont know nothing but coming here with insults and sladerings...
Anyway...is true. That is what some hadices says, still, is not a way out to not observe the law of God. God knows well who strives for pleasing him and who doesnt.
At the end of the day, He will judge whatever He wants becoz he is God, the creator of universe, He can change His mind if He wants...u see?

means nothing, go read about David and Sollomon, who decleare wars and had more than one woman, and guess what, that never stop them from being a prophet from God.

the good intention count to u even if u could not do it------but the bad intention will not count --unless u did it------its generosity of God
if u have an intention in ur heart of doing a good deed and u did not accomplish it----- it still counts for u as if u did it

a widely false premise. Many actions have unforeseen consequences. lots of people have been executed because an unexpected death occurred while they were committing a felony.

Muhammed was born almost 600 years after Christ.
Then he tried to re-write history and falsify the teachings of Christ:
Muslims (and Islam) say Jesus was a prophet but they reject all His teachings ...that is hypocrisy...
They deny divinity of Christ.
they deny his claim to be the Son of God;
they deny his death on the cross...
they deny His ressurrection..
They deny Jesus is the Christ/ Messiah...
In fact, the Quran says: "Allah has no son".
Need I say more...?
Don't be deceived. The Islamic god is totally different than the God of Jesus Christ .
The Bible calls Muhammed and those like him False prophets.....
"Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. He that denies the Son, the same has not the Father." (I John 2:22)
