I have a baby, male cockatiel. I have no idea what to name him. I do not care if it sounds like a girl name. please help!

His feathers are grey with yellow. on his wings, it has spots. His tail has stripes. the cheek color is orange. The petstore said that his colors are rare. I don't know about his personality that much because I just got him an hour ago. What I do know is that he is very friendly.

Name him after a favorite comic book character or some one syllable name. He'll recognize it and kinda mumble it.
BTW. I recorded a wolf whistle on the computer, put it in a loop and played it all weekend while we were gone. He dos it perfectly, especially when someone walks by.
I recorded "Lets all sing like the birdies sing" and looped that another weekend. The bird loves to respond to that when I start whistling...

lol we are having the same issue with our two we just bought... so far since we got a male and female we have came up with romeo and juliet, lol.... some names i would name just the male tho would prolly be...

i named mine cheeky b/c of the bright orange cheeks that stick out, and he has sort of learned to whistle/speak his own name! if you don't like that, i think you should really pick something that relates to his physical characteristics, b/c that's just really cute for cockatiels.
