Is there another way to locate my daughter's dad / he has past due child support but doesnt have a job?

I Seriously need financial support and his daughter deserves his help. his name is Joseph Michael Rodriguez and he lives in Houston, TX. The only thing I know about him is that he married a woman named Rosa, he is in his early 30's and needs to report to the Child Support office in McAllen, TX.

usually the CS office can trace down his SS# and locate his place of employment, unless he is self-employed.. Make sure when he pays his taxes, if he gets monies back that it goes to your daughter (they can get him that way). Also, its a felony if they are so far behind and on a wanted list.(the take your drivers license away, etc)... Good Luck to you..
Do you still have his ss#? Just a shot in the dark but try calling social security and explain your situation...With HIPPA Laws it might not work... Put and add in the Houston, TX newspaper ( and the surrounding areas) if someone knows him or of him you might have luck.. Do you know what line of work he does? My ex was faithful at staying in the same line of work so it was easier to trace him...If you do, look up the places that he might work at and ask around....

Check with the state to see what punishments they have set up for deadbeat dads. In Idaho you can lose your driver's license and business license.
