i need someones help plz!!!!!!?

hi im micah-im 13 years old

well - i was brushing my teeth-then all of a sudden my mom runs after me and is trying to tickle me so i start to run-my sister runs around the corner and her head hits the toothbrush wich is still in my mouth-i touched the inside of my mouth and it was bleeding i looked in the mirrior and i saw a hole in my mouth-the toothbrush went through my skin but not out the other side-i dont know if i should get stitches or let it heal-i dont want stitches cuz they hurt like crazy-and i dont want to get an infection-what do i do?!?!?

First off, let your mom know. This really isn't that serious, but just to be on the safe side.
Second, finish brushing your teeth, if you haven't already. This shouldn't cause any harm.
Third, swish your mouth out with either a 50/50 mix of hydrogen peroxide and water, or about a teaspoon of salt disolved in a glass of warm water. This will help clean your mouth, prevent infection and help the injury heal faster.
Actually, in order to protect you from the variety of things your mouth encounters, it usually heals quite fast. In the morning rinse your mouth out again and you should be good to go.
