So by that rational, we shouldn't blame anyone for anything that is linked to genetics, yes? Let's test that theory:

Serial rapists (the XXY and the XXXY variety) and pedophilia have also been linked to genetic tendencies. Should we let them just do their thing?

Alcoholism is a genetic trait. Should we let drunks run over children when they drive with no repercussions? Should we let them flood state-run health facilities with alcohol-related problems and/or drive the cost of insurance up for everyone?

Skin cancer has been linked to people with light hair and blue eyes. Should we deny them health insurance because it's a genetic trait?

A black person cannot change the color of her skin, but you do chose whom you take to your bed, you chose to put the drink to your lips, you chose to go out in the sun, you chose to rape. Genetics is not an excuse for anything, time to take some personal responsibility for your actions, yes?
