I challenge anyone to come up with a reasonable explanation, not justification because there is no reason why a god in full advantage would not show compassion to innocent victims, as a matter of fact, of ALL crimes... ;)

Free will does not imply that we have the right to harm others and it certainly does not justify indifference and indolence.
A real god manifests Himself. Otherwise, what would be the idea of having an insentient god?
I see that everyone else has avoided this question so far.

God does not allow it. He allows you to make your own decisions. He doesnt force religion on you does he? There you go. God believes it is your choice to do as you do, but in the end if you actually know u did wrong and will not do it again...you pray to Him for forgiveness. We are all his children...not his slaves...

You gave an ambiguous explanation.
So, yes, your "God" allows someone to make the decision to molest a child. He does allow it and does not intervene!

Group Entities (thousands or millions of souls combined) gave prophets of old, including Christ, Gifts of the Spirit in order to convert those in the flesh.
If any religion was truly inspired by The Original Creator then it's miracles would surpass those found in other religions.

Nope. I'm BISEXUAL and know that I have felt LOVE, not LUST, for other men.
God, or The God Force that many have reported seeing/feeling in Spirit, is not a respecter of groups or of individuals - ONLY OF SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLES.
That is evident from NDE's.

Nah! If you say that God ALLOWS innocent children to be harmed for whatever reason then you are saying that He can be INSENTIENT and INDIFFERENT towards innocent victims...yikes!
Hmm...
Early mystics were inspired by an angel collective - the Koran backs me up on this - to write the books that we now know as the Bible - which simply means "the book" in Latin.
Here's a link to collaborate it's etymology:
http://etymonline.com/?term=bible
As a general rule, all angel collectives are manipulative and their participations, like the Bible, are fairly incomplete and distorted.
They also propagate New Age and it's false masters (Gallactic Alliance?).

as terrible as these actions are... they happen because people make the choices to commit them. its horrible, sad, and wrong. but we as people need to learn how to govern ourselves. we cant expect god to fix our problems. we all have the power to put these kind of things to and end.. why dont we? i think a better question would be... why do we as a human race allow these kind of things?
and god does indeed show compassion to those who are hurt. through karma... or sometimes not in this lifetime.... i believe that everything we do is predetermined. example:
we all face choices. lets say i have to pick which path to follow... path "a" or path "b"... god has already predetermined the out come of BOTH actions... however we have the freewill to pick which path we shall go down. sometimes the path we pick, our choices affect other lives. and i think god knows that the people whos lives are going to be affected are strong enough to deal with it, or its their good or bad karma.
" Free will does not imply that we have the right to harm others and it certainly does not justify indifference and indolence. "
on this statement, your right, having free will does not justify the bad actions we do. in fact i doubt there are very many justifications for any bad deed. but you dont need justification in order to commit a wrong act. people will do whatever they want. good or bad, that is our free will.

why does God allow bad things to happen I don't believe he enjoys it, but when we live in sin then these things can happen. I don't think he wants us to be victim and the crimiminal to commit sin, but when you choose sin this is what going to happen. when the victim is a christian and prays the Lord will protect that victim from getting harmed and he will get justictice for the victim. if he made it where we did not have a chose then we would be slaves or computers would you want that? also he makes it so we can choose between good and evil. The better question since we have the power to stop this senceless crime that we do like killing why don't we stop instead of blaming God. God does alow it we choose to act this way so therefore he going to allow us to destroy ourselves.

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.
For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.
Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.
Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.
Romans 1:18-32
I guess you could say that since sinners reject God, He turns them over to indulge in what they want. This sin obviously results in damage to innocents, most tragically with minor victims (why do they call them "minor" when it's such a major thing?) It's little comfort to know that God is allowing these evil people to commit these heinous crimes so as to condemn themselves.
To the victims I can only say that such crimes are terrible and that God wants to comfort you. I can't say why God allowed criminal A to hurt victim B, but intervened when criminal C broke into victim D's house. That's not for me to know. However, I do know that in turning to God for comfort and restoration will never fail.
