I just broke up with my boyfriend because we got into a dumb arguement. He called me and said "I wanna break up". So I hung up on him because i didn't want him to finish what he was saying. And tomorrow is Valentine's Day!

Hmmmm........ interesting. Who initiated the argument? If it was you, you could always apologize. If it was him, it could be that he's a total JERK and set this all up because he doesn't want to go out and get you anything for Valentine's Day.
I had a total loser boyfriend like that once - - - - except we didn't argue. He just would break up with me before every special occasion. My blood boils just thinking about it.

Let him go, honey if he is that quick to want to break up over a silly little arguement then maybe he was waiting for an excuse to break up with you...As far as Valentines Day goes, treat yourself to a something nice--if you have some single girlfriends go out to a club or to a movie and have a good time

Not much you can do about Valentine's Day, but it won't be your last. Give it some time and if you still want to be his girlfriend the right time will come along for you guys to talk about it.

It seems like quite a few guys break up before a gift giving holiday so they don't have to buy a present. Just watch and see if he tries to make up in a week or so, then you will know if he is a cheap person or not.

If he said those words, then you are broken up. Time to get over that loser and move on with life. I mean if he would do that to you on the day before V-Day, he is a total loser! You are better off without him.

sounds like you could do better then him, but call him back and try to make up. its not the end of the world, its just one boy for one of the valentines days out of your life...you'll be fine.
