We got a new seating chart in reading and I have to sit next to a boy named Andy. While we were in class, my hand was on my thigh when i was listening. He grabed my hand and held it for like 10 seconds. I didn't say anything I just pulled my hand back. He did it again like 10 minutes later. Then at the end of class he asked me what my name was for like the 3rd time. Does he like me? I've been thinking about it all day, and I noticed how much I like him :)
PS. Should I ask him out? What if he already has a girlfriend?

From what you've just said, it sounds like he likes you.
Before you ask him out, ask him if he has a girlfriend first. Save yourself just in case he does!

That is hard to say. Was he staring at your face or checking you out the whole time.
He may just need to satisfy his own needs, so be careful.
