When you get embarrased, try things that people do to relieve stress, such as taking a deep breath and then slowly exhaling between pursed lips while counting to ten. Also, try to avoid embarrasing situations, or exam why they embarrass you. And if it is due to people you are frequently with, explain to them why you are uncomfortable and ask them to stop doing the things that make you uncomfortable. (If they don't understand or laugh at you, then you shouldn't be around them, should you?) Talking with a trustworthy friend or family member about what makes you uncomfortable can, in itself, make you more confident and able to face these situations.

You're right. When you worry about it, it makes it worse. As you get older, that won't happen as often. For now, if it's really bothersome for you, your doctor can prescribe a beta-blocker to help prevent those symptoms. That isn't a simple drug, though, so if you can just try not to let yourself worry about it, or if it does happen, just shrug it off, you're better off. Talk to your doctor!

Probably not. Unless you change your attitude and don't get embarrassed. I turn all red too.
