My employer is based in Dallas, TX and runs payroll in Texas state where there is no state tax. But I worked in Oklahoma state for7 months and 1 month in Connecticut state. Do I have to pay the Oklahoma state tax and Connecticut state tax?

you need to file CT and OK tax returns for the wages earned in those states. your employer should have withheld state taxes on these wages. i dont know where you live, but you would also need to report these wages to your home state.

Secure W-2 forms from your employer in those states. Also, get instructions from those states regarding method of filing, together with form to fill out.

Yes.

If you moved midway in the year, you file a part-year resident with each of them. If you lived all year in one, but worked in the other state briefly without establishing residency, then you file a regular return for your state of residence, and a non-resident return for the other.
