I don't get it. I'm clearly not. I'm overweight (a little, not that much) I'm taller than almost every toehr girl i know, I have scruffy hair, I dress like a stupid emo kid, I wear a lot of eyeliner, and HE STILL TELLS ME I'M BEAUTIFUL. Nobody else does except people that have to like my family and it's getting freaking irritating. I'll even post a picture if you want, just PROVE HIM WRONG!

The only reason that this is even a question is because of the stupid definition of beauty that our society has created with the media. Beauty is a lot more than just the way someone looks. He probably sees you for who you are and the great qualities that you most likely have.

i think that he thinks ur beautiful because maybe he really does think that.he doesnt see the same thing u see about urself.yeah girls who are emo, wear too much eyeliner,have scruffy hair and who are taller than everyone else guys can think are beautiful. i am also sorta kinda emo and my boyfriend is basically a normal jock type of guy he thinks im beautiful and i totally disagree with him but if he wants to think im beautiful he can.so i would say that this guy doesnt care what type of person u are he still is going to think u are beautiful.get over the fact that he thinks your beautiful.

Why can't you just accept that you may be wrong about the perception you have of yourself???
Stop this hatred towards yourself that you have, it is destructive and will take you nowhere really fast!! Please allow others to see you how they see you... whether it is good or bad, right or wrong, beautiful or different, JUST STOP ASSUMING!!!!
I really wish you the best and that you can find some type of assurance in yourself, and believe that you TOO can be beautiful, whether it is external or internal, or perhaps a combination of both....

It's either:
1) Because he really thinks you ARE beautiful, girl! I mean, Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder.
2) He might want you to give him something and sees you as vulnerable due to your confidence in your looks-
But depending on your relationship, give him the benefit of the doubt... he just might mean well!

Maybe he likes you. Maybe he's trying to charm you. Maybe he DOES think you're beautiful. Post a pix, but by the way you're talking, you sound cute. Maybe he likes your attitude. There's more to beauty than just looks. I think I'm not beautiful, but then I think, "What about ME?" To answer your question, ask him why he thinks you're beautiful. Can't hurt if you try. Maybe if you hate him and want to get rid of him, you can ask it in a stupid, preppy, flirty way. Just a thought. But just be yourself if you're o.k. with him.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In addition, I have never met any woman who liked the way she looked even when it was consensus that she was drop dead gorgeous. You seem however, to go out of your way to look like you've just gotten out of the rinse cycle 24/7.

Guys will often say that to a girl to try to get her into bed, but then again why would he want to do that if he wasn't attracted to you? So I'm not necessarily saying you should trust him (I'm just not psychic enough to tell you if he's a good guy or a player) but yes, he does find you beautiful. Just accept it!
