I'm in the early planning stages of my wedding but my budget is really low. Any ideas on cheap flowers, caterers, places to hold my wedding, cheap cakes, etc?
Thank you.

Why not get married outdoor? There are plenty of nice parks around the area but also why not look at like beaverton bakery for a cake but also like bales thriftway has really good wedding cakes. You will really need to call around and the sooner you do that in advance the better. Or just go to Vegas they are cheap. lol Good luck to you and enjoy the wedding and planning.

Try http://hubbard-chapel.com it is a very beautiful 120 year old chapel, but has low cost weddings. They also have an outdoor courtyard or indoor reception hall that will allow self catering and bar services which would allow for big savings. Plus having both the Wedding and Reception at one location also is a big savings.

Most of all you could afford a gorgeous dream wedding !

hi and congratulations! ~ i do not recognize the venues in Portland, Oregon, yet why no longer examine into decrease end inns like vacation hotel, proper Western, convenience Suites. Many (all?) of those inns also provide dinner celebration centers. that could want to be one theory. ~ inspect different decrease fee venues like VFW halls, Elks golf equipment, etc. different ideas: ~ do not do the "nighttime time" ingredient. Have a wedding ceremony say at 11 a.m. and performance a lunch/brunch buffet. this can save a lot of money compared to a dinner. ~ Have a small bridal celebration (this protects on presents for attendants and also the practice consultation dinner expenses.) ~ Get the "boxed gadgets" of invites from shops like Michael's, objective, Walmart, activity foyer, place of work Max. You get a container of fifty for about $25. then you do them your self on the workstation. there are quite some designs to go back to a decision on from. ~ do not do favors - a waste ~ do not do table cameras - yet another waste. ~ pass the limo There are countless ideas to save. each and every thing out of your gown to the photographer can are available in additional cost-effective than the norm if you're keen to pass searching and pass "outdoors the container." sturdy success!

I suggest visiting http://www.weddinglenox.com or onewed.com

Unlike most yellow pages, they have price comparison for the vendors (DJ,videographer, florist, and photographer) you can choose.

You can also try Weddinglenox matching system http://www.weddinglenox.com/membersignup1.php that will match you up with local vendors. I tried it and have good result as I only recieved email from vendors according to my request.

One problem I had with my wedding is that it is hard to locate vendors in most website as most likely they group by states and there are too many of them that's too far from me and I have to look at each site to figure out.

The sites I provide above have a easy to use layout to show you pictures, pricing and location in one page plus, you can send out your inquiry for matching vendor to contact you. That save me lots of time to locate the best vendors with the right price.
