You are, at the very least, burning calories by working out. From the research I've done over the years, to lose fat, you should work out hard enough to breathe heavy but not so heavy that you can't carry on a conversation. If you are working out so hard that you can't carry on a conversation, you may not be burning fat, but you are still burning calories. Especially when working out in one's fat burning range, it's not uncommon not to sweat. Level of sweat isn't associated with whether or not one gets a good workout or burns fat.

yes, you will still be burning calories, and losing weight if you are burning more calories than you are consuming, but you are just not raising your body temperature. Sometimes, in a yoga class, I stay cool enough to not sweat, but it is still a workout.

my personal trainer said that people in better shape tend to sweat faster than those who are out of shape. So do not be proud of not sweating, its a sign of fat being burned, but any kind of exercise is good if you do it for atl east 30-45 minutes 3 times a week of cardio.

Yes. If you drink more water, it will help but some people just don't sweat very much. A good exercise routine is key to losing weight.

I suggest using your target heart rate as your barometer. Get on a plan that gives you specific and measurable data. There is a free workout program that created a 24 week fitness program using custimized to my target heart rate and fitness goals. I’ll put a link to this resource below. The site also talks about the benefits of training using target heart rate.
