If these are their first eggs there is a good chance they just haven't learned to parent yet. Many young birds loose the first clutch just because they are not sure how it is done.

They should have one sitting on them during the day and one at night. Those eggs are probably not going to hatch. It is normal for them to lay 3 before incubating them, but once they start doing it- they can't stop for more than 15 min or so or the cells will die. It is not as important in the first week or so as the rest of the time. It still may be possible for them to hatch if they start brooding 24hrs soon.
Leave those eggs in there until she stops laying and let her brood them- a mess up now may help her learn later.

Alrighty then. Some birds wait till ALL the eggs are laid before sitting. This makes it so that all the little birds hatch at once, and it's just more convenient that way.
Don't worry, fertilized eggs can sit for ten days before needing mom's warm behind.
Good luck.

Theresa A is correct.
The parents do not begin incubating the eggs until all of them have been laid. this way the chicks hatch about the same time.
I think they will lay abother 3 or three eggs, then begin sitting on the eggs.
When the chicks hatch; you will need to get somethings like pablum, etc for the parents to feed to the chicks.

They share the incubation. One in the morning & One at night all the time.
They both fed the chicks.
Thats why they fledge quicker than budgies.
