does mederma really work?i have scars on my legs from itching the crap out of myself from mosquitio bites and when my house had fleas.if mederma doesnt work any suggestions plzz?

Not sure of that but you can try Vitamin E oil or cream can be applied to the skin in the affected areas, every day .The cream should be applied overnight.
