I have 5 or 6 nice-sized bone-in pork chops marinating in worchestire sauce, garlic, and other spices in the fridge. I'll be making them for dinner tomorrow night. What is the best way to cook them to seal in the flavors and keep them moist and juicy? Thanks for the help!

Do something quick like grilling or broiling. Pork chops, especially loin chops, are best this way.

If you cook a protien like meat for a short period of time (5 - 10 minutes) it will stay tender. Medium cooking times (10 - 30 minutes) will make it tough. So if you are going to bake or braise them, do so for at least 45 minutes at 325 degrees.

well...I usually tenderize the crap out of mine-I sprinkle the chops with season salt, then take a fork and poke the salt into the porkchops(that way the seasoning gets IN the meat, not on it). I do this to both sides. The secret to grilling them isn't a pan, isn't tin foil, and isn't boiling them first. The secret is to have the grill HOT before you put them on. The idea is to sear the outside of the chops, sealing the meat and keeping the juices in. As soon as you place them on, flip them in like a minute and turn the heat down. If on a gas grill- turn down to between low and medium-if on a charcoal/wood grill- cover and shut the vents. Keep an eye on them- chops don't take long to cook(depending on how thick- I never get the 'thin cut'). 5-6 minutes a side. I usually flip mine after 5 minutes, and take them off after ten. Pork has to be cooked to 160 degrees to be safe, but don't overcook. I usually don't even need a knife to cut my chops-I can do it with a fork. I don't like boiling or pan'ing my chops because they may be tender, but they're overcooked and not the right kind of tender. This method works great on all types of steaks too-

I dip my chops in egg wash and then roll them in flour. Put some oil in a non stick frying pan and set heat to medium high. Place chops in the skillet and quick fry them until they are brown on both sides. Cover a shallow pan with heavy duty aluminum foil ( saves on clean up after wards) and place chops in pan. Put in 350 degree oven and bake until juices run clear. The breading on the chops keeps the moister in and makes for a tender piece of meat.

Get one of those black iron skillet and fry them to singe them a bit on the stove top --then place them into the oven and add water to keep them moist while baking. Add some dry Lipton onion flavoring to the liquid.
